Siembra Valles Ancestral is a project conceived out of a love of history and a desire to know tequila from its roots, celebrating its true identity and a curiosity about what the past once tasted like. With agave untouched by machine, the Ancestral boasts the complexity of nature's flavors and the skills of tequilero ancestry. It begins its journey through time in the pristine blue agave fields nurtured by the Rosales family’s team of expert cultivators, jimador, and a lowland terroir.
